Omnipresent is one of the words that is used to describe God. The psalmist asks the questions, “Where can I go from your spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence?” because God is present everywhere. We are sometimes surprised where God meets us – in a garden, at the top of a mountain, as a still small voice, or in the person of Jesus. God is everywhere, but people throughout time have constructed ornate architectural feats, hidden altars, and rituals meant to bring us into a particular Dwelling Place of God. This series invites us to remember that God dwells with God’s people wherever they are.
